Mindfulness Self-Compassion (8) Week Group

What Does Self-Compassion Give Us:

 With Mindful Self-Compassion, we can become aware of difficult emotions, recognize the common humanity in our struggles, and accept ourselves with greater kindness and compassion. 

This Group Will:

 Teach you how to encourage & motivate yourself with kindness & compassion, rather than criticism and judgment.

Mindfulness Self-Compassion is helpful for:

  • Unable to offer yourself kindness
