Mollie is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist whose practice is deeply influenced by Narrative Therapy, Self-Compassion, Somatic work, Spirituality, Inner-child/parts work, Trauma-informed therapy, Mindfulness, Social Justice, and Attachment Theory.
She is dedicated to helping clients break free from painful and rigid patterns of thinking and behavior. Mollie’s approach is intuitive and client-centered, recognizing the profound impact of trauma, relational wounds, and systems of oppression that disconnect us from our true selves. She is committed to guiding clients towards the changes they seek in their lives.
Mollie holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Master’s degree in Education from Concordia University. She has extensive experience working with teens, young adults, and adults on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, perfectionism, challenges with food and body image, LGBTQIA+ concerns, shame, trauma, and self-trust.
